Pinwheel Cards

Today my inspiration comes from my awesome crafting buddies!  I have so much fun (and actually get a lot accomplished) when we get together to make cards.  So check out my friend, Donna's post HERE to see how she inspired me (and how Marjorie inspired her) in making these adorable pinwheel cards.

I'm kind of addicted to making these now.  They're so easy and quick to put together and look so cute!  They're the perfect embellishment to any card!

This one uses paper from My Mind's Eye Lime Twist "Fly A Kite" 6x6 Paper Pad.

This one uses paper from My Mind's Eye Stella and Rose "Hazel Papers" 6x6 Pad.
And lastly, this one was made with papers from Crate Paper - Emma's Shoppe Collection 12x12 Kit.

Thanks for viewing!

Monogrammed Stationary Cards

I've discovered the Changeables Custom Designer Self-Inking Stamp.  Are you aware of this awesome tool?  It was created by Three Designing Women.  You can check out their website here.  You can get the Changeable Stamp Designs in all the letters of the alphabet as well as sentiment-type sayings...plus so much more!  But wait, it gets even better!  You can change out the ink pad to any color you want as well!

My wonderful husband gave me some money to spend at a craft store of my choice for Mother's Day, so I purchased the following items from Hobby Lobby with the hopes of creating monogrammed stationary cards as gifts.  I got the Changeables Self-Inking Stamp (it comes with a black ink cartridge), 2 additional ink cartridges (Holly Berry Red and Chocolate Silk -- these were the only 2 choices at the time), "S" stamp designs (I already had the "H" from a previous trip), and the Sizzix Thank You Set #5 embossing folder (to be used in my Big Shot)

Here's what I came up with:

And here's another one of the impressions in the kit:
