Thanksgiving Name Cards

Wow, I can't believe Thanksgiving is less than a week away!  I'm so thankful for a Sister who loves to host and cook!  Martha Stewart WISHES she could be as fabulous as my Sister!  I did ask (okay, I begged) to make the name cards for the table.  We've got 17 people coming for sure, so I had my work cut out for me.  I wanted them to be simple but super cute.  I decided to start with one of the QuicKutz dies I purchased a while back, a turkey!  I wanted to spruce him up a bit, so I gave his "feather/tail" region a little 3D action using Autumn Splendor paper from We R Memory Keepers
I attached him to a piece of rich brown cardstock.  I wrote the names with one of Stampin' Up's UniBall Signo Pens.  I have awful handwriting, so I was originally going to stamp names with an alphabet stamp set, but wasn't able to find what I wanted at my local stores and didn't get around to ordering one...so my awful handwriting it is.  I also stamped "Give Thanks" in an Olive Green ink which gives it a subtle look.
I've got several more to make, so I better keep gettin' my craft on!
Have a great weekend!
Cheryl
